How do I determine my correct suit size?
We recommend referring to our comprehensive Size Guide located on each product page. For the best fit, take measurements of your chest, waist, and inseam, or compare your measurements to a well-fitting suit you already own.
What is the typical shipping time for a Lupo Bianco suit?
Standard orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Domestic shipping usually takes 3-5 business days, while international shipping can take 7-14 business days depending on your location.
Can I return or exchange my suit if it doesn't fit?
Yes, we offer a 30-day return and exchange policy. To be eligible, the suit must be unworn, un-altered, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.
Do you offer custom tailoring or alterations?
Currently, we sell ready-to-wear suits in standard sizing. While we do not offer in-house alterations, our suits are designed with extra fabric at the seams to allow for easy adjustments by your local tailor.
What materials are used in Lupo Bianco suits?
We pride ourselves on quality. Our suits are crafted from premium wool blends, high-grade linens, and breathable linings to ensure both durability and a luxury feel.
How should I care for and clean my suit?
To maintain the structure and fabric integrity, we recommend dry cleaning only. Between wears, use a horsehair garment brush to remove dust and hang the suit on a wide-shoulder hanger.
