Our commitment is to ensure you look your best, providing a seamless process for finding your ideal size or receiving a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn suit in its original packaging with all tags attached, including the garment bag and any accessories provided.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal and drop the package off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our master tailors inspect the returned garment, we will process your refund or ship your replacement size within 5-7 business days.
